Is there any concerns to be had over buying a unit that has been sitting on the lot in the weather for 6 months?? Also, on oil shows on the transmission dipstick? One hour shows on the meter.

As long as the dealer goes through proper prep before delivery I wouldn't worry about it sitting outside for that long. There are at least a half dozen sizeable tractor dealerships near where I live and it seams pretty common for inventory to hang around a while. ....

That is not that all uncommon for different tractors to be left out for a period of time. There are times they might sit for longer depending on the selling season and the popularity of the model. In the perfect world they would come in today and be sold and delivered tommorrow, I've often felt that if I could get it figured out as to what to order and when to have it delivered to me perfectly I'd head to Vegas and make some real big money, needless to say I haven't started looking for my plane tickets yet! ....
